Canvas Help Feature

 Using Canvas Help

The help button is always located in the lower left corner of your screen. Once you click the Help button, you will be asked to make your selection from a menu.

 1. Ask Your Instructor a Question

Ask your instructor course related questions. Questions about the course will go directly to your instructor's Inbox.

2. Search the Canvas Guide

Select this option to search the guides and videos for technical help with Canvas. There is a search box where specific topics can be entered. 

3. Report a problem

Send an email to Canvas support. A ticket will be issued and a support person will be in contact. Please give specific details of your problem or question, so the support team will be able to assist you.

4. Chat with Canvas Support

You may call Canvas and talk to a support person about your problem or question.

5. Ask the community

A question can be posed to the entire group of Canvas users

6. Submit a feature idea

Submit an idea that you think would be a great feature for Canvas
